SHIPPING + RETURNS

shipping

  • Shipping is only available within Australia. For New Zealand customers, please see our list of stockists.

  • Regular post within Australia is capped at $5.95 and includes tracking.

  • Express post within Australia is capped at $11.95 and includes tracking.

  • Not all orders are lodged at the post office so although I may post your order on a Monday, it may not be scanned until it reaches Perth Airport which may be up to 3 days later.

  • Once your order is posted, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient and is out of my hands. Label Lane holds no responsibility for late, lost, damaged or stolen orders.

  • Please check the Australia Post website for information on shipping times.

returns

Please choose your labels carefully. Due to labels only being printed to order, returns  and refunds are not accepted. However if you are unhappy with your order, please contact me to discuss a replacement.

In regards to custom labels, please make sure you check over your proofs before giving me your approval to print. I may make mistakes, I am only human, but unfortunately if they are not picked up before printing, I will not replace them for free. No refunds will be given for any custom order.

cancellations

CANCELLED BY CUSTOMER - ORDERS OTHER THAN CUSTOMS
If you would like to cancel your order please contact me ASAP.
I will only allow cancellations to orders that have not yet been completed.
Order cancellations will incur a $0.30 fee plus 2.6% of your original transaction and the balance of your order refunded. This is the fee charged to me by PayPal which does not get refunded when I refund a payment.

CANCELLED BY CUSTOMER - CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom label orders may only be cancelled up until I have commenced designing your order.
You may cancel your order after this time, however $15 will be held back from your refund to cover design work, as well as applicable fees (noted below).
For custom logo designs, you may cancel your order after this time, however a 50% deposit will be held as well as applicable fees (noted below).

CANCELLED BY LABEL LANE
If I cancel your order, you will be notified as to the reason why.
Reasons may be, but are not limited to:

  • Not completing a custom order form within the required time frame (3 days).

  • No contact after 3 days after your custom order has been designed.

  • Not completing your custom order form correctly.

  • Not including postage in your payment.

  • Unauthorised use of coupon codes.
