Commercial Use License
This Agreement is between LABEL LANE ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee").
By downloading the digital product, Licensee agrees to the following terms:
Grant of License: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for commercial purposes.. License applies to ONE digital product only.
Permitted Use: Licensee may utilise the digital product in commercial projects, including incorporating it into products for sale.
Restrictions: Licensee is prohibited from sublicensing, reselling, or distributing the digital product in its original form. Licensee may not claim ownership or authorship of the digital product.
Ownership: Licensor retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the digital product, including all intellectual property rights.
Termination: Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license if Licensee breaches any of the terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the digital product and destroy any copies in their possession and cease to sell any physical products already manufactured.

Limitation of Liability: Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the digital product.
By downloading the digital product, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
